Return To Boston
Part 1
It is a little cold here, the sky is still so blue, and the air is blended with the salty taste of the sea water. From Dalian to Beijing , then to New York , and finally to Boston , it has cost us nearly twenty consecutive hours on the way. And now, Boston , we have come again,

Everything is all the same, we are still lodged at the Holiday Inn, and still the second floor, even the driver of the guest car is the same guy, Tom. Tom had a very good memory, so on the way from the air port to Holiday Inn, he tells us incessantly the very details of his accompanying us from and to the exhibition last year, it is just so heart-warming.

It was already night when we arrived Boston , the night scene there is so magnificent. From a bird 's eye view, the city is all glimmering with bright lights etc, and is reflected in such a terrific image. The street is so wide and in good order. In the Old District, the buildings are mainly old ones, however £¬ in the New District, so many skyscrapers have mushroomed in recent years. Though these skyscrapers have occupied such a huge area, they seem still so neat and clean. In the light from the streetlamp, they even have a taste of classic atmosphere, and disseminate the traditional beauty. It is such a pity that we took few photos because of the tiredness on the way.

Part two
This spring is little cold, and compared with the crowdedness in China , the commercial avenue in Boston is much less-visited. Even in its most famous market QUINCY , which is a must for Chinese visitors, there are less people than usual. This market mainly sells various kinds of clothes, shoes and hats, and the shelves are very eye-catching, however most of them are marked with MADE IN CHINA. Only the design is little bit different, and the materials are more exquisite, but to our great surprise, they are even cheaper than in China . We all thought that the price of Chinese product must have been raised a lot, because of the so many businessman and shop-owners in the whole export and retail procedure.

Harvard is a place we have to mention. It is said that there are as many as seven US presidents having graduated from Harvard, let alone the prestigious official, the elite in the commercial field and the famous scholars. All the students feel very much honored of being graduated or studying in Harvard. The buildings are just like being built in the mediaeval times. In the sunset, the Harvard with red bricks and tiles, are like sighing out demurely the thousand-year loneliness. Being there, the reverence will immediately shoot up from the bottom of your heart.

With the foundation history of more than four hundred years, Boston is a very interesting city. Harvard, together alongside with other famous universities, such as the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) £¬ and Boston University are all with more-than-400-year of history and considered to be the ancient city of great literary value. Standing high and looking at the distance, we can see the far-away pitch-dark mountains emerging and appearing in the heavy fog, and cannot help feeling the detachment from the secular matters, just like the ancient Chinese poet Tao Yuanming wrote ¡°to pick up the chrysanthemums at the foot of the eastern fence of the cottage, and leisurely appreciate the beauty of the Southern Hill¡±. On the other hand the dense-located skyscrapers will remind you of the fast life-tempo of modern days.

Due to its location near the coast, the annual International Boston Seafood Show will attract the fishery hunters, manufacturers, traders, and the equipment suppliers from all over the world. They are just like gathering for the festivals. The traditional fishing life is still continuing, the only difference is that the rapid upgrade of technology will accelerate the efficiency and the exchange frequency in the fisheries industry.

In Boston , the antiquity and modernism, the tradition and fashion, are all perfectly integrated!
