Series Report of International Boston Seafood Show 2006, II
Feeling Boston and set up the stand

[March 12, 2006 ]

At March 10, 12:52 US eastern time, Flight CO1124 from New York to Boston , taken by the four-person delegation of www.foods1.com , landed on Boston Airport.

After going through the procedure and taking our luggage, we took a cab and told the driver the hotel we were going to. And before we explained, the American driver had already guessed the purpose of our journey -- to attend the Seafood Show. He told us that in the past several days, most of the customers he got at the airport were here for the Seafood Show. Some of them were foreigners like us; some are American seafood businessmen from across the US. Though we did not arrive at the exhibition center yet, we could sense the hot atmosphere of this fishery festival.

It is sunny and the temperature is 4 - 15 degree Celsius in Boston today. Since it rained yesterday, the air was fresh and the ground was wet. 20 minutes later, we arrived at EX-BOSTON-HOWARD JOHNSON PLAZA, the hotel we made a reservation with. In the afternoon we came to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, which was completed and put into operation upon the International Boston Seafood Show 2005 last year. Once we entered the hall of the exhibition center, we immediately caught the sight of the Seafood Show's logo, which we often saw on the media before. At that moment, the picture we are very familiar with seemed so genial and hospitable.

In the exhibition area, many exhibitors were busily decorating their stands. We soon found our stand No.1768 with the map of the exhibition area. The organizer of the exhibition has already done some of the decoration work, and we continued by ourselves. After a while, our stand came into shape.
